Situation:
The Acting Commissioner wanted to uncover the characteristics
that best describe the job of the Construction Inspectors who
is most accomplished in meeting the terms of a construction
contract in both large and small projects. There are over 700
Construction professionals at VDOT and the impact of this job
on construction projects is very important to VDOT’s overall
success.
Solution:
Perform an accelerated Performance DNA analysis of the Inspectors
job at VDOT (and related Managers jobs) and report back to VDOT
with our findings.
