Situation:
The Accounts Committee for Control Over Execution of the Republican
Budget of the Republic of Kazakhstan was identified as an ideal
partner for a HPI analysis by USAID based on its ongoing commitment
to excellence, the strong and stable leadership of the Accounts
Committee Chairman, and his demonstrated willingness to manage
the change process required to implement recommended performance
solutions identified through the analysis process.
Solution:
Perform a comprehensive Performance DNA Analysis of the key
jobs in Accounts Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan and
report back to USAID and the Accounts Committee Chairman (who
reports to the President of the Country) with our findings.

Value added:
• PPG uncovered and defined the primary and secondary
influences affecting the Accounts Committee (AC) ‘key’
job performers in their ability to perform their organizational
processes, and improving the AC’s ability to achieve its
organizational goals
• Identified unique characteristics of the ‘key
performers’ (KP’s) in the Auditors and AC Members
role that enabled them to be more successful than their peers
in producing the organizational goal of the AC
• Uncover specific learning needs (skills and knowledge)
that are needed to fulfill these goals by the Auditors and (occasionally)
by the AC Member’s
• Uncover and recommend the processes, tools, motivating
factors and other unique characteristics and influences that
also enable the Auditors and Account Members role to achieve
the AC organizational goal
